Processing high volume Contract Requests from Hiring Managers with pace and accuracy, supporting our retails stores in the upper North Island region. Liaising with stores managers on obtaining correct documentation for the successful candidates. Processing contracts include: checking/following up on Right-to-work ID/ MOJ/MOH records, drafting/sending contracts to candidates. Ensuring the processing of contracts meets the SLA and zone weekly targets of hire.

• Sample Inventory - To ensure our Photography Team has all samples that is required for the job, whether it be Web, Mailers and occasionally Packaging, POS or other various campaigns. Track samples by scanning in barcodes at sample arrival, checking image status, move to returns area when appropriate• Web Photography - Autonomously operate (incl. calibration) and shoot products (incl. exporting files onto USB) on the StyleShoots Photo Equipment (Flat Lay and Mannequin Machines) for clear-cut images following our Brand Style Guide(s). • Studio/Production Assist - Work closely with Stylists, Producer and Photographer with in-studio and on-location shoots. Tasks may include anything from steaming/moving/packing/assembling samples, styling group/lifestyle shots, dress models, food/drink runs, updating model details, issuing gift voucher, image/sample tracking and returning samples• Barcode Related Issues - Help MarketMac (and Photographers) identify correct master barcodes help get these images through to next stage and ultimately go online as soon as possible• Communication - Directly liaise with Merch (Buyers/Buyers Assistant) at product level, anything above that is to be addressed with IMC and Producer.
