I introduced the 'Policy Logic' approach as a tool for policy and program development, implementation and evaluation. In 2001, I coordinated a national multi-media communication and influencer campaign, which trebled awareness and doubled participation in government programs in rural industries. During 2003-04 I also managed the Rural Financial Counselling Service and coordinated a national consultation to inform review of the program's funding and governance model.
