Definition of general and sectorial objectives.2. Mapping the organizational and sectorial structure, and its gaps and root causes.3. Development of improvement projects.4. Implementation and monitoring of improvement projects, accompanied by technical and behavioral training.Through these projects, I:- Conducted coaching in leadership and emotional intelligence with dozens of entrepreneurs, executives and employees in supervisory, management and board positions, including family succession projects.- Trained more than 2000 people, including individualized work and training of small or large teams (600 people at once).- Implemented complete human resources departments.- Using the Agile Methodology, I formed dozens of multidisciplinary teams, which executed hundreds of projects, from small size - such as process improvements - to large size - such as changing organizational culture.

As an Instructor at the Supermarket School of the Paulista Supermarket Association, I taught dozens of training courses focused on food retail in units located in São Paulo, São José do Rio Preto, Bauru, Marília and Assis.

As a teacher at SENAC, I taught classes at the Jaú unit to students of almost all ages, from 12 to 65 years old, in free, technical courses (such as Human Resources) and by Pronatec (National Program for Access to Technical Education and Employment) . As General Director:- Preparation and implementation of strategic planning, with definition of objectives and macro and sectorial KPIs.- Preparation and implementation of the company's expansion project, with the opening of a new business unit (including an economic-financial project that obtained resources from the National Bank of Development - BNDES), which raised the company's equity by 200% and added more than R$ 30 million / year to billing.- Increase in EBITDA by almost 400%.3. In Operations and Finance:- 85% reduction in defaults, including the implementation of one of the first private label card projects in the São Paulo State countryside. - Significant increase in inventory turnover, through the implementation of Category Management, which led to better purchasing, receiving, storage and replacement practices, reducing costs, waste, stored volume (in stock days) and personnel demand.
