Joined Itaú's Trainee Program and conducted a project to rebuild IT Asset management processes and improve costs allocation. This project doubled the cost allocation rate (41 to 85%), automated process flow and reduced human errors,Also worked defining a data center migration strategy involving thousands of applications and servers.
