CCES - Project coordinator in the command, control and protection part of the expansion of the CTEEP's Santa Bárbara do Oeste SE. This project consists of a new 440 / 138 / 13.8 kV transformer bank and two 100 MVAr capacitor banks. ELTMAN carried through all the project of command, control and protection from the basic to tests the tests carried through in factory; GE - Technical Coordinator of the Project of Adequacy of SE's Banabuiú and Milagres for SINOCON; GE - Engineer responsible for the project of interconnection of the substations of the Northeast / Minas Gerais System with the data acquisition system of ONS. The project conception was from the analysis of the existing documents for adequacy with ONS resolution 10.19 to the electrical and mechanical design of the control panels for the GE remote ones.
