We provide seminars and information relating to legal practice, career and education to lawyers, in-house counsel and business professionals in China.Since 2007, we visited law schools in more than 10 cities in China to promote overseas legal education and international legal practice. We previously delivered career seminars at China University of Political Science and Law, HKU, Peking University, Chinese University of Hong Kong, East China University of Political Science and Law, Sun Yat Sen University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Peking University School of Transnational Law, Jilin University, Xiamen University, University of International Business and Economics, Dalian Maritime University, China Ocean University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and China-EU School of Law. Our previous legal education seminars include private equity, venture capital, fund formation, M&A, real estate, tax, insurance, energy investments, capital markets, securities regulations, labor law, mutual fund, anti-trust, arbitration, intellectual property, life science, dispute resolution, contract drafting, lawyering skills, etc.Since 2014, we have launched the CLECSS wechat public account which publishes daily articles relating to legal practice, education and career. So far we have published over 3300+ articles and attracted several million views. Since 2016, we have launched the "Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers Award" program in recognition of outstanding young lawyers and in-house counsel with excellent professional achievements.Since 2017, we set up an overseas scholarship program for outstanding young lawyers and law students pursuing LLM/JD. Since 2019, CLECSS has launched a mini-program (CLECSSers) which the subscribers can post questions, articles and jobs.
