• Drive the development of an efficient installation plan for the GM and LGES joint battery project, leveraging expertise in project management, risk management, and compromise and conflict resolution to ensure the timely deployment of all equipment and meet project launch deadlines.• Facilitate compromise and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the GM and LGES joint battery project, utilizing strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach to ensure alignment and drive progress towards common objectives.• Implement G-risk and G-comply activities to guarantee the safety, operational integrity, functionality, and quality of all equipment involved in the GM and LGES joint battery project, demonstrating a commitment to meticulous standards and regulatory compliance.

• Develop a new automotive lighting product through the APQP process to meet internal and customer requirements such as functionality, operation, cost, timing, safety, quality, and manufacturing feasibility. • Validate a new automotive lighting product to satisfy governmental safety regulations and customer reliability requirements such as IIHS, Engineering/Material Specifications, and Acceptable Quality Level.• Lead a cross-functional team for the successful launch of a new product by performing project initiation, planning, execution/monitoring, and closing.
