In the face of the pandemic, I helped usher in project management. I introduced UX, developed tactical and strategic creative briefs. And I helped drive a concerted, objective analytics practice.What am I most proud of? Assembling the company's most diverse group of talented super-humans. Together, we launched Workhuman's very first global brand initiative. We learned how to be in the virtual events business overnight.
