CurrentProvide leadership and technical knowledge to the Global Infrastructure High Availability initiative. Development, implementation, testing, validation and evaluation of high availability plans, proposals, technologies and methodologies with internal business partners and external service providers. Analysis of availability issues to determine root cause and to identify preventive measures, recovery options and process improvement opportunities. Proactively identify, evaluate and make proposals to address availability opportunities. Utilize my extensive infrastructure, systems, OS and enterprise application expertise to drive high availability solutions. Drive business acceptance through development and presentation of strategy presentations and town hall meetings.
