Leading digital marketing for Reid Cycles, my role involves managing the content strategy, marketing & transactional email programs, social strategy & implementation, affiliate programs, SEO, SEM, re-marketing, managing brand/blogger collaborations, end-to-end digital campaigns and tactical sales initiatives.

Hardie Grant Publishing is Australia’s largest independent publisher, comprised of 4 publishing divisions; Books, Egmont (children’s books), Magazines and Travel. I worked across the business on strategy and implementation of all things digital.

Working as part of a global team, my role included managing all aspects of marketing within Australia/NZ (print, online, expo, advertising). The role also had a big focus on SEO.

Managing the M&S email marketing program had a huge impact on the success of online sales. With a database in the millions and a cutting edge segmentation and contact strategy, it was a high pressure / big results role.
