About Clem Srour

Clem is a champion of Canada’s aerospace and defence sector and in the endless possibilities in which Canadian industry can help support the Canadian Armed Forces. A very strong collaborator, innovator, and strategic thinker, Clem is a leader and expert in offset and industrial participation, honed through extensive experience in Canada’s Industrial and Technological Benefits Policy (ITB), including Value Proposition (VP). As a senior official with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), he led the development and evaluation of the VP for the Future Fighter Capability Project competition, one of the most complex economic benefits files in the Canadian defence procurement realm. Clem has a deep and recent understanding of ITB/VP requirements, including the key elements of a successful VP proposal. Recently retired from ISED, he established Tridus Strategies to provide defence companies with ITB/VP solutions. By working directly with clients, Tridus Strategies helps increase the ability of companies to successfully meet the requirements of the ITB Policy.We bring strong industry knowledge, and recent and intimate understanding of ISED’s ITB Policy, together bringing results and value to the organization.
