It was at Enterprise that I learned four basic things about business in my young career and that was Customer Service. Customer service is one of the most important things I took away from my experience at enterprise. Its truly apart of the companies business model and the it showed in the management team and all the workers hard work ethic. Sales and Marketing it was here where I first honed in on my selling skills getting to know my team and the customers. And found a passion in building relationships with local businesses.I also learned finance in my role as a Assistant Manager where I was responsible for the numbers our team and the numbers our branched produced. It was in this role that I gained a deep insight into some of the basic forms of accounting. I also got the fundamentals of operations managing a team of people. Maintain a fleet of hundreds of late model vehicles. And learn how to keep the lights on.
