• Manage the Company Owned Stores (5 stores in Tasmania) by assisting in COGS and labour management• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, including training on operations and quality standards• Develop new training processes, manage the online learning platform and assist with POS development• Assist in ensuring the cafes adheres to all health, safety, and food safety regulations• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly and assist with resolving them

• Manage over 250 active clients in the Sydney CBD including luxury and boutique hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafes and catering companies• Develop new accounts and increase the market share within existing accounts by identifying business opportunities and analysing sales reports• Organise caviar (Sturia, Kaviari) and chocolate (Weiss, Veliche) tastings
