Benn Yoon is an innovative solution combined with social business, that offers fast-delivery service of medical supplies in remoted areas along with a collecting service of sample tests from those areas towards medical laboratories. Our technology allows to reach 100km/h speed, and to fly over long distance (from 160km to 300km) through a self-made aircraft. I studied the market and made a benchmark to know how to help half of the global population, deprived of primary & medical care.

We had the most challenging yearly objective : creating a community around our association and retain audience for our coming and next events. I trained and managed a team, thanks to my sense of coordination : we had a regular schedule of publication on various social media such as facebook, twitter, instagram and e-mail. We even started to use twitter in live, during our conferences (to collect fastly questions). While organising events for 800 persons, our main goal was to communicate, to reply to the questions of our community, and thank them for their attendance to our event. Outcomes : our online community grew from 300 to 1000 on Facebook! And, each time we would organise a conference in the biggest auditorium, all the 800 seats were sold out one week before the due date. A common goal and an agile team, that’s all it took!

The BD project aims at boosting the communication on AFIP’s actions , as well as raising awareness on discrimination. I managed the BD project project from the beginning, till the end : project plan (deliverables, planning and schedule, communication plan, risk management), monitoring the project, change management plan, reporting and feedbacks. I personally made several support of communication for internal users. The challenge was to remain focused on each’s tasks and maintain coordination among the project team. Outcomes : we realised 12 boards, regarding the limited budget and short period of time (2 months).

Adjustment control of the activity’s product cycle : control realised on the 6 perimeters of saniatry management of UGECAM IDF. Adjustment control of the Supplier cycle : cut-off control and elaboration of a worksheet regarding the maintenance services made to detect inconsistencies on the accounting principle of prepaid expenses. Adjustment control of the Tangible and Intangible Assets cycle : making a worksheet to acknowledge that disposals of fixed assets and writte-offs have been materially justified (prooved) and approved. Reconciliation of Balance Sheet’s (EDS- Etat de Développement des Soldes) and (BCG - Balance Compabilité Générale) on December 31st 2013 : adjustment done on all cycles regarding the balances recorded at different places. Reconciliation of Balance Sheet’s (EDS- Etat de Développement des Soldes) and (BCG - Balance Compabilité Générale) on February 28th 2014 of specific balances such as accrued incomes and accruals (after usage) : to ensure reliability of each balance and their accuracy.
