In charge of communication for the Life department's strategy. I support the Executive Director of Life in developing key messages surrounding the overall strategy of our Life department and facilitate the stakeholder management. My role is to assist my direct colleagues, who have technical and actuarial profiles, in conveying our passion and ambition for.

Returning to the roots of insurance as the head of VIP Desk insurance. We created this team to manage the needs of our centralized Wealth customers across all aspects of the customer journey, including subscription, management, and claims handling. This includes all requests for non-life (home, auto, etc.) or life (SRD, all-cause death for succession.

Following the innovation journey with BCG Digital Ventures, I became the Product Manager for one of the start ups, with the objective of adapting product requirements based on needs and the roadmap, and supporting the global launch of the product.

As part of my role, I collaborated with BCG Digital Ventures London to bring innovative insurance solutions to the market. We went from proposing innovative concepts to incubating them, and ultimately created two startups in the insurance industry. My role was to actively contribute to the innovation process, provide expertise and knowledge from Belfius.

- Responsible for all the Xsell/Upsell projects within AXA: takeover of classical multi-canal upsell campaign, end-to-end conception of campaign for a new product, generation of innovative campaigns with data collection,…

- Product manager of the Customer Prediction Project: Organization of an event-driven campaign based on a P&C prediction model (with help of new big data platform)- Product Owner for a New Marketing Tool (FOCUS): multi-filters based tool, with large range of widgets

- Derivatives in the insurance portfolio management (Accounting & follow up in IFRS and local GAAP)- Integration of an AXA worldwide project regarding the accounting of derivatives in SAP (SHIP)- Investment support, monitoring of FX exposure

-Responsible of the development of the technical tariff Model (Scope: Moto & Cyclo) starting with an analysis of 4 years portfolio. Conception of 2 models (frequency and severity) combined via Emblem program resulting in the revision of the commercial pricing and offering.

-Support to the reengineering project of the auto product (New Offering Auto) with general follow up of the main stages of the project (preparation of the decks for the different stakeholders,project monitoring, participation to the daily meetings,…)-Responsible of the stream pricing and the testing phase (creation of a tariff simulation tool)
