With one of my closest friends, I co-founded Peaks4all, a Swiss NGO dedicated to supporting refugees integration through mountain sports and outdoor activities. By fostering community, resilience, and inclusion, Peaks4all empowers refugees to connect with nature, build friendships, and integrate into Swiss society through shared experiences in the Swiss Jura and Alps: - Organize weekly sports activities (climbing, running, ski shoeing, trekking)- Manage a community of 1000 beneficiaries and 20 volunteers- Deploy partnerships with companies (Richemont Group, Microsoft, BNP Paribas, Wavestone)- Secure funding and sponsors (Hospice Général, Mammut, Association Suisse des Guides)

The Global Fund is an international organization that invests approximately $15.7 billion every three years to accelerate the fight against AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria. Through these strategic investments in high-impact countries across the world, it has helped save over 65 million lives by strengthening health systems and advancing disease prevention on a global scale.In my current role, I ensure the efficient allocation of country funds to maximize the impact of HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria programs :- Collaborate with the grant management team to translate strategic work plans into targeted, annual operating budgets.- Critically evaluate and refine budgeting and forecasting assumptions for disease grants to optimize resource utilization and achieve maximum value.- Analyze historical data to identify cost trends, variances, and potential risks, proactively addressing any areas of financial slippage.- Support the preparation of presentation materials, delivering clear financial insights for both Financial and Executive Management.
