The work we are the most proud of is with no doubt Cake Bash that we made with our tiny team and released in October 2020.We've also participated in other projects as contractors including developing and delivering courses for Unity Technologies clients around Europe or porting other developers' games to consoles.

Worked as a designer & producer with small teams (~10 ppl) for different projects on mobile devices and consoles.- Gave feedback on management methodology and design communication process.- Worked closely with programmers using Fishing Cactus in-house engine on tool design and lua scripting - Answered RFPs for different clients from big videogame publishers to small associations.

Worked as a manager of a small team (~10 ppl) for the project Dreamaz : a browser-based MMORPG using inheritance as a core gameplay mechanic. - Adapted milestones and budget for the project. - Gave a lot of feedbacks on team members' work until it met our requirements. - Introduced agile management to the team and successfully switched to agile from waterfall methods.
