Roles and responsibilities:• Asset Management Company of one of the five largest European banks –PMO & Life insurance software provider – Joint Business Relationship: - In charge of coordination & project management with client project monitoring/follow-up, meetings/minutes drafting, decision/validation documentation, reporting/dashboards of project management & status, facilitation of information flows between software provider and its clients, change management assistance; - Support on development and implementation including operational efficiency improvement suggestions in line with business requirements, improved workflows design & process drafting with interactions with all departments and follow-up workshop(s) & presentation of deliverables; - Assistance on continuous improvement with software digital platform enhancement (new functionalities development, i.e. digital signature, mobile portal, extranet, distribution partners integration), with new products onboarding and with identification of tax & regulatory updates that may require developments.• Insurer and insurance distributor & Insurer broker, private banking – gap analysis with Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and target distribution process : - Gap analysis of insurance activity with IDD for all sectors and design of remediation actions in compliance with the regulation; - Analysis and modelling of the current distribution processes of insurance products for all sectors; - Design of the target process for the distribution of insurance products by agents, in compliance with IDD; - Description of the actions to be taken to align with identified target process.• Insurer – assistance of execution of permanent controls: - Testing templates recommendation; - Execution of permanent controls.
