I absolutely love to see the projects I implement make a real difference in the organisations I work for. With a background in Commerce, I have over 21 years’ project delivery experience, spanning program and project management, organisational change management and business analysis. I take a holistic focus in ensuring the business and IT aspects of a project work together to bring about project success. I have also worked extensively with Product Managers to deliver new products or revamp existing ones.I have:- managed a $3m project while simultaneously acting as a change manager on a separate project- delivered projects in time-frames as short as 3 and 6 weeks- implemented several high risk/fixed deadline projects, covering changes in IT systems and business processes. - built and worked with cross-functional teams across multiple cities focusing on a one-team culture- prepared change management strategies and impact assessments - acted concurrently in other roles (business analyst, product owner, change manager, test co-ordinator, business SME) when necessary to fill gaps on projects.Benefits from my projects have included:- a 200% increase in account applications 1 month after go live with a 22% increase above budget for the year. The product won a 2012 CANSTAR innovation award- reduction of account opening times from up to 10 days to 1 day.
