I was in charge of Resource Management, Risk Management, and Process Management for 2 different Dassault Systèmes projects for the automotive customer PSA.

My first mission was to set up a firewall in order to deport the company's internet access to a datacenter, with a backup VPN. This mission had a real impact on the existing architecture of the computer network, and allowed me to perfect myself in this domain (IPsec VPN with NAT-T, Monitoring for backup, Web Proxy, QoS ...).My second mission was the deployment of a new telephony solution, working with VoIP and PoE technologies. I was responsible for presenting and setting up the main telephony scenario using an administrator interface.

My main mission was the follow-up of a robotic island project, as a project manager. I went through all stages of the development of the case, from the design (Solidworks) to the realization (Assembly), through the order of mechanical parts (Service Technicians Methods).In addition, I realized multiple computer programs in VBA to automate some time-consuming tasks for the technicians methods as well as the project managers.

The project aimed to develop a mobile touristic application on Android, with relatively complex features such as audioguides (coupling an audio player with Google Maps).My role as a technical manager was to optimize the programming methods, to detect the most efficient software to carry out the project, as well as to develop part of the application in XML and Java.
