CurrentBuild and establish high level relationships with key customers to maximize engineeringopportunities in Singapore market.• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful conversion ofengineering opportunities to sales.• Create, manage and track progress of high value leads/opportunities using Salesforce.• Identify and understand customer’s needs through regular calls and visits.• Create mid/long term plans for key customers through systematic account development.• Deliver value propositions and competitor analysis to influence customer’s decision.• Upsell and cross-sell solutions to customers depending on their needs, value orientationand project application.• Develop content, conduct seminar, demo and training on Hilti’s products and software.
