Diploma in Environmental Health from (Paramedical College in Madang). I have attended various other Workshops and Conferences related to Public Health & Social Issues.I have about 15 Years of Experience as a Team Leader in WASH Programs with a Major Role in Design and Constructions of Rural Water Supply systems, Gravity Fed Systesm (GFS) Rain Catchments and Shallow Wells. My roles and responsibilities also extends to Health & Hygiene in which I engage with communities through Training of Local volunteers on Skills and Methods of Behaviour Change through "Rait Mama Campaigns". Do advocacy on Gender Equality & Equity. Facilitate Workshop for Water Safety Planning linking with Ward Development Committees to ensure WASH is a priority under the WDC Thematic area of Health to ensure sustainability and preparedness for climate change effects.Executively I support and contribute to Senior Management in Organisation in Strategic Planning, Partnership Building & Compliance, Program Designs, Annual Plannind & Budgeting, Monitoring & Evaluation.Technically, am a Team leader in liaison with Stakeholders & targeted Communities, community entry & engagements is at the highest as part of our social accountability to ensure all stake holders and beneficiaries are well informed and actively supporting and participating through planning & implementation of project activities ensuring timeframes are met, activities implemented with minimal diversions. Probability of loosing the support and participation during the project life time is high and hence I ensure dialogue and information updates with stake holders and beneficiaries are as important as activity implementation through out the life time of the project. I ensure that an environmental impact assessment is carried out, and risk are identified and a management plan is in placed and shared with relevant authorities and with the community.Procurement and logistics arrangements for project materials and equipments to site and timely reporting is done.
