Process surveillance engineer responsible for monitoring and optimizing gas processing operations to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF OPUAMA WELL – 15 FLOWLINE AND WELL HEAD PLATFORM (WHP)• Conduction and documentation of Welders Performance Qualification Test (WPQT)• Checking of pipe spool and structural materials fabrication based on approved spool isometric drawing & bill of materials. • Piping spools and structural daily Fit-up & welding inspection reports and documentation for NDE activities.• Weld mapping of isometric drawing and weld summary documentation• Review of Material Test Certificates for Raw Materials like Pipes, Fittings, Flanges & Welding Consumables.• Quality check of construction materials based on clients standard.• Punch listing of installed process and instrument lines for hydrotest and pneumatic test using approved P&ID prior to commissioning.• Preparation of Test Packs individual system wise, which includes material certificates, welding history records, NDT reports, hydro test reports etc., and getting client’s approval.• Day to day follow up and Co-ordination with planning, Production & third-party Inspection Agency.• Carrying out the Welding inspection before, during and after welding operation as per approved WPS, test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification.

PROJECT: CHEVRON ESCRAVOS GAS PLANT (EGP) TRAIN #1 EAST-WEST PIPE RACKS FIREPROOFING• Assist the construction manager in establishing project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance requirements within the constraints of company policy.• Prepare schedule-based and as-needed updates of construction activities, as well as an appraisal of the required people and equipment.• Develop and implement appropriate testing methodologies to track project performance.• Notify immediately all supervisors and subcontractors of any changes to the construction schedule, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.• Maintain control of the project's budget, schedule, and database, and report to the project manager on a frequent basis to keep him or her abreast of job progress, plans, and issues that could severely impact costs or timetables.• Manage standards and specifications for compliance, quality control, and quality assurance
