1. Maintain the retirement plan within compliance of all IRS and DOL regulations. 2. Perform testing (includes, Non-Discrimination, Class Allocation /age weighted/Cross Testing, Coverage Testing includes Controlled group and affiliated services, Last Day Testing, Compensation Exclusion, Top Heavy). 3. Review of plan contribution activity and plan assets and annual reconciliation of plan loans, distribution, fees, forfeiture and assets.4. Preparation of Trust Accounting and annual valuation reports.5. Allocation of assets / contributions on pooled profit sharing plans. 6. Preparing of Form 5500 and related Schedules along with preparing of Form 8955-SSA.7. Calculate excess contributions (415 Limit, 402G and ADP/ACP).Plan Administration tracking.8. Willing to work extended hours to meet pre-determined goals and deadlines as needed.Expertise and Experience: 13+ years retirement plan administration experience.Working knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations. Experience with Relius Administration. Experience with problem solving skills.Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.Working knowledge of various retirement plan types.
