I am a 24 year old swimmer swimming professionally for the Cercle des Nageurs de Marseille in France. Born and raised in Aix en Provence, France, after my highschool graduation I went to pursue my athletic and academic goals abroad. First, I spent four years in Canada where I graduated from the Desautel School of Management at McGill University with a bachelor of commerce. Then, to take my athletic career to the next level, I moved to the United-States and joined University of Missouri where I obtained a graduate certificate from the Trulaske School of Business. In order to keep a balance between swimming and the outside world, I have joined the Marseille based company Smalt Capital in October where I work part time. During the school year I live, train and work in Marseille but I often travel to compete nationally and internationally for my club team, the Cercle des Nageurs de Marseille. Throughout the summer, I compete with the French National Swimming team. I specialize in butterfly and backstroke events.I began challenging myself with competitive swimming at the age of 8. Through determination and passion, I continuously improved, progressing from local competitions to international ones. I am proud to have represented the French National Team, where I was selected three times for the World Championships, European Championships, and European U23 Championships. I am a two-time French Champion, a medalist at the senior European Championships, and I had the honor of being named captain at the European U23 Championships. When I am at my best, I am chasing meaningful ambitious goals and self-set achievements. Whether it is long term or short-term goals, small or big achievements, a direction allows me to stay extremely focused until success. At my best, I am hungry and relentlessly working towards passionate goals, showing up consistently and giving everything in the present moment. When encountering obstacles I always bounce back. My unique perspective on challenges has led me to great success in and out of the pool. I do my utmost to be aware of my emotions and manage them greatly to influence positively the people that surround me.I am embracing positivity, staying cheerful and filled with supreme well- being.Chasing continuous improvement pushes me to learn, to stay open-minded and curious about the world around me and my passion, what I do and how I do it.
