- Provide reasonable assurance to the Head of Compliance and Heads of CIB PIC and PE Domain that, on scope covered, up to date PIC and PE policies and procedures, and appropriate set-ups are in place according to BNP Paribas Group requirements and applicable laws/regulations,- Ensure the promotion of the Group PIC and PE culture, in coordination with Compliance CIB Head of domains.- Ensure the set-up of an appropriate & consistent PIC and PE related risks prevention and control framework and the effectiveness and the coherence of the Group policies implementation- Contribute to the education of staff on PIC and PE matters- Contribute to the PIC and PE community committees and initiatives to ensure sharing of best practices and coherence of decisions- Contribute to the decision process on PIC and PE related requests - Ensure the consistency and accuracy of PIC and PE risk-assessment and reporting

- Contribution aux objectifs financiers,- Développement des relations, générer des revenus complémentaires et créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales,- Prospection de nouveaux clients,- Promotion des solutions et services.

- Responsabilité de l’équipe des analystes produits de dettes,- Réalisation du budget et réduction des coûts,- Mise en place et amélioration des processus et produits existants,- Etablissement et présentation des propositions tarifaires, mise à jour des tarifications.
