-Develop a good understanding of client companies and employee requirement in order to fulfill the recruitment needs.- Carry out screening and phone interview candidate in a professional manner and profile the right candidate to our client. - Perform job fuilflment for client through several methods such as referrals, database, advertismement, etc. - Attract candidates for the jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent position with client companies.- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.- Organising the interview session for candidates as requested from the client.- Brief the candidates regarding the job responsibilites, salary, benefits, etc of the job.
