(English)Scientific sailing expeditions in the Antarctic Peninsula. - PROJECT MANAGEMENT: one and a half years of preparation and planning of an international scientific expedition of 2 months for 120,000€ of budget. - COMMUNICATION: interactions with professionals from all sectors such as scientists, business leaders, bankers, technicians, sailors... - ON-SITE SCIENTIFIC STUDIES: ○ Sampling of plankton (zooplankton and phytoplankton) to analyse the genetic changes related to global warming (in partnership with the CNRS) ○ Studies and surveys of microplastics encountered (in partnership with GREENPEACE) ○ Survey of data on marine currents : salinity, acidity, speed... (partnership with IFREMER) ○ Cardiovascular reaction study over human body in extrems conditions (resp. : Camille Amaz, biostatistician)- CONFERENCE MASTER : Conferences across France into high-school and public. Continuously support the users in how to use and feed the tool during its first round. - Adjust education kit based on comment above after the launchTOOL: - Use of SAP - Daily interface with IT development team: clarify the business specification so to remove IT blockers, bring IT's needs for clarification during the development and collect business decisions - Write business documentation related to usage of the tool, from Power user point of view, so we limit dependency to IT when tool finalized. - Define the "Spec" in term of reporting to support both the collection of the data by operations but also their validation by management and ExCo members.
