Summary of Role. • Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC): Project Designs, Specifications, Costing, Tendering, Tender Analysis and Reporting, Contract Award and Contract Management through Project Life Cycle.• Engineering Designs and Specifications and Installation of Electrical, Mechanical & Public-Health Systems: work with other disciplines to develop project pre-planning to planning, designs, specification and documentations to meet all required local and applicable international standards.• Oversight supervision of Mechanical, Electrical & Public-Health (MEP) Systems Installation to ensure compliance to design and approved concepts, standards and specifications; functions include material inspection and approval, review and approval of contractor methods statements etc. • Construction Project Management: project change management, stakeholder management, project performance assessments including cost and time etc.• Energy Management: Electricity Procurement/generation and Demand-Side Energy Management.• Maintenance Management/Asset Management: review existing company maintenance and asset management strategies, formulate new ones where necessary and see to implementation of these policies to enhance physical asset performance and reliability as well as manage O&M cost. Implementation of SLA with vendors.

Summary of Role.• Supervises commissioning of Mechanical/Electrical/Automation installations of Alakija’s Multimillion Dollar Country Home at Ikoyi Lagos• Liaises with and coordinates builders and various M&E contractors.• Tests, Commissioning and As-Built Documentations of building systems and construction work packages:• Installation, Testing, Commissioning and As-Built Documentations of building systems and construction work packages: o electrical power distributions, o Lighting and Small Power, o Fire Detection & Alarm System, o Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning System (Trane Chiller) and its power supply o Water Supply Treatment, Storage and Reticulation System and its power supply o Sewage Treatment System and its power supply o Security Systems including Access Control, CCTV, Electric Fencingo TV, Audio & Video Distribution System• Assets and Facilities Reporting including energy audits and management

• Worked with teams of professionals in planning, designs, costing and project management of MEP systems for buildings of different types; commercial, hospitality, medical, institutional and residential using both international and local standards like BS 7671, ASHRAE, and National Building Code etc.
