Project Manager Pmo Hospitals Lima - Cusco
CurrentAs a Project Manager for EGIS Bâtiments International (EGISGROUP) in the Joint Venture PMO Hospitales with APHP, as par of our role involves providing assistance to the client in the construction of two hospitals in Lima and Cusco, Peru.I am specifically responsible for project monitoring on behalf of the client, which includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design to handover. This encompasses construction, procurement, and commissioning activities, following a fast-track approach based on the FIDIC Silver Contract.As a part of my role, I am responsible for• On site monitoring of teams• Design and Construction Coordination• Negotiating and producing EGIS subcontractor contracts• Monitoring subcontractor, experts in different fields (LEED Certification, Geotechnical, Structural, mechanical, HVAC...)• Overseeing the work of these teams, ensuring effective collaboration with the project and design teams. • Coordinating activities, providing guidance and support, and facilitating communication among team members using different types of communication • Overseeing the contractual aspects both with the client (Ministry of Health - MINSA - of the Peruvian government), and with the subcontractors.• Production and revision of the weekly and monthly monitoring reports that provide a comprehensive overview of the project's progress and KPIs.• Implementation and monitoring of KPIsOur main target as PMO is to successfully build and deliver state hospitals in Peru, with the aim of improving healthcare services in the country. The construction of these hospitals is driven by the objective of providing accessible, high-quality medical facilities to meet the healthcare needs of the population.
