RDD HaircareWorked on Dyson Airstrait bringing the product from Engineering Verification stages to Production Stages and finally to the hands of Dyson Owners.

• Assessed requirements from customer to design and fabricated several sub-system components for the next generation of munitions loader: the Omni-directional Weapons Loader (OWL). Also designed an integrated towing and jacking module for recovery situations.• Contributed to the team with the assembly build process of the OWL.• Created work instructions for welding and assembly processes for the aforementioned sub-systems.• Designed and fabricated protective elemental covers for a special operation vehicle used in Jurong Port.• Upkeep the office’s 3D Printing Room and its maintenance.• Developed skills in fabrication methods such as welding, water-jetting, laser cutting, sheet metal bending, CNC machining, corrosion prevention, weldments and 3D (FDM/DLP) printing.

• Under Arcboards EV, design/produce/test high end electric boards. • Collaborated with Promax Manufacturing & NSP medical for a medical crusher. • Collaborated with ST-Kinetics for a quick barricade deloyment device.

• Successfully designed and fabricated a wall ascending robot for high risked operations. • Tested and video analysed drone flight characteristics.

• Successfully assembled and tested UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) en masse for development purposes and Singapore's National Day Parade 2016. • Integrated said UAVs with UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicles) to perform tethered long range flight tests.

• Designed and produced autonomous all terrain UGVs (Unmanned Ground Vehicle).• Designed and assembled 'SG50 edition, LF4G' SCDF Light Firefighting Vehicle.

• Developed micro fluidic pumps for pyrosequencing.
