Covering Costa del Sol, Costa de la Luz, Costa Tropical and Costa de Almeria• Responsible for third party accounts for all incoming services in Andalucia, Southern Spain providing accommodation, transport, tour guiding and all in resort care for Tour Operators outside Rewe Touristik.• Procurement of new accounts by attending trade shows and road trips, mainly in UK, France, Germany and Austria.• Set up and management of workforce composed of 17 staff in Benalmadena and Almeria.

• Directly responsible for contracting of all ground services (accommodation, restaurants, sightseeing, optional venues …etc.) in above mentioned areas for Tour Operators TRAFALGAR TOURS, INSIGHT VACATIONS, GRAND EUROPEAN TOURS, CONTIKI HOLIDAYS and UNIWORLD RIVER CRUISES. • Product development including development of new itineraries, improvements on existing tours and quality control • Overseeing 6 junior contracts managers in charge of France, Benelux, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland and Scandinavia

• Responsible for the negotiation and contracting of in excess of 1600 hotels throughout Spain, Portugal and Continental Greece, including identifying new hotels and re-negotiation of existing contracts to obtain competitive rates and outstanding allocation deals.• Continuous follow-up analysis of sales and on-going relationship building to ensure optimum results. • Updating sales & marketing departments with accurate product and market information as well as liaising with various sourcing departments (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and Western B2B clients) as to the specific requirements of each to maximize and generate sales.• Extensive travel to the above destinations.
