Developed and currently teach asynchronous undergraduate financial psychology course. After two years as a special topic course (PSY 3040), the course was approved as a permanent offering (PSY 3151) effective Fall 2022.Fall 2022 Student Outcomes: ▪ When comparing pre-/post-semester financial skill, financial capacity, and financial self-efficacy assessment scores, results indicated a statistically significant increase in all three categories.

Assisted in managing a portfolio of college and career readiness programs: College Now, STEM Research Academy, CUNY Explorers, and CUNY Tutor Corps. Oversaw operations and logistics (e.g., budget, securing research internship sites, student recruitment, application review) of the STEM Research Academy, a two semester research preparation program for high school students.Highlights:▪ Successfully transitioned the STEM Research Academy into a college-credit bearing program.▪ Achieved 100 percent STEM Research Academy annual placement rate (i.e., secured internal & external placement sites).▪ Expanded College Now program offerings by implementing new course sequences: Business Fundamentals/Computer Information Systems, General Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and General Psychology/Social Psychology.▪ Cut program costs by transitioning courses to Open Educational Resources (OER)▪ Leveraged experience teaching online courses to assist faculty pivot to online learning during COVID-19 pandemic.
