Motion correction of PET data in oncology supervised by G. Tomasi and K. Thielemans. This work with programming and data analysis aims to improve 4D PET images by reducing the consequence of patient’s movements in the images. This is made possible by the use of software like Matlab or SPM (Statistical Parametric Mapping). By registering these 4D images with a 3D reference image, motion can be highlighted and then reduced.

Online modelling of therapeutical control by PET imaging in hadrontherapy supervised by S. Jan. This project aimed to run simulations with GATE in order to estimate the quality of a hadrontherapy session. The PET simulation was performed using the 11C and 15O isotopes created during the irradiation phase.

My work aimed to understand the differences between users and propose solutions in order to have a better similarity of dosimetric planning between the users.

Coli bacteria aimed to develop new theories on the evolution of populations. I was dealing with laboratory work (cell culture, solution preparation ...) and data analysis. My work aimed to have a better understanding of the interaction and evolution of two strains and to implement new population equations.
