These studies covered multi phases and single phase lines.- Confirmation of the production line thermal performance and diameter proposed by Company- Review of the hydraulic studies performed by umbilical and flexible suppliers.Thermal studies:For the overall production structures (manifold, in line tee, FLET, PLEM) the design has been done in cooperation with the "structure design team" in order to reduced the number of cold spot (hydrate location risk). Insulation design of the overall production structures. Follow up of the insulation application by suppliers.Precom / com studies: support to precom / com team for pigging analysis, dewatering...

• Follow-up of project Contractors studies in flow and thermo-hydraulic design for all SPS equipments i.e. Manifold, Xtree, connectors and multi phase pump• Responsible of the overall insulation process i.e. Thermal analysis, insulation selection and application, pre-production test and final inspection before load out• Supervision of thermal tests done on production Xtree, horizontal connector and multi phase pump• Development and validation of a thermal bridge concept to satisfy cool down requirement for extreme dead leg• Validation of the multi phase pump operating procedure via hydraulic dynamic simulations• Flow assurance support to Field Operation team

• Follow-up of project Contractors studies in flow assurance and thermo-hydraulic design• Supervision of all thermal tests i.e. Vertical & horizontal connectors, production XTree, manifold, multi phase pump, pipe-in-pipe, insulated flexible lines, insulation covers...• Execution of dedicated hydraulic analysis for operation before handover with the affiliate (e.g. well restart, preservation, flow stability...)• Flow assurance support to Field Operation Team
