I worked as contract Electrician on various work sites across London and the surrounding areas. These projects were industrial, commercial, retail, pharmaceutical and power generation projects. A number of these projects were high security clearance that needed a CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) background check.I wanted to gain experience and broaden my knowledge in the contracting world, it is a different mind set being a contractor compared to a full time employee. I think this have given me great experience and deeper understanding which I use as a recruiter.
