Before making an impact at Great Expressions Justin started his career in the dental industry at Aspen Dental. It was here he was introduced to the intricacies of patient relations and the art of dentistry. Prior to achieving many milestones in the dental industry Justin spent years in the cell phone industry. Things first started in Sprint retail stores interacting with customers and hitting a core set of metrics. It wasn't one metric that really got Justin motivated, but rather the overall composite ranking. By focusing on the big picture Justin was able to make strides and become one of the top sale representatives in Metro Detroit. These accomplishments led him to managing several different AT&T and Sprint retail stores throughout the area.
