Director, Global Talent Acquisition
CurrentLead the Talent Acquisition Organization for recruitment globally across all lines of business. Responsible for team management, executive recruitment, the development of processes and procedures, systems implementation and oversight of the campus program. Partner with executive leaders and managers to assess business needs and provide solutions. Responsible for the design and delivery of a new Talent Acquisition function during the organization’s global growth and transformation. • Manage recruitment team supporting high-tech, engineering, and corporate business requisitions globally; build relationships with key stakeholders and leadership and advise business managers on process and strategy. Manage executive recruitment across all lines of business including Board of Directors. Build and manage the campus program for intern hires.• Responsibility for developing the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition organization including documenting processes and procedures, revising the employee referral program, updating managing the vendor for the background check process and managing the Talent Acquisition initiatives across the broader HR spectrum.• Develop creative and comprehensive sourcing strategies and solutions increasing ability to attract key talent in critical positions in the organization. • Build external partnerships for sourcing and brand awareness.• Partner across the Human Resources Organization with the HR Business Partner model, Total Rewards, HR Operations and Global Talent Management. • Led the Talent Acquisition workstream for the Workday HRIS implementation and provide strategic talent acquisition support for restructuring projects across the organization.
