I am a Certified Life Coach and Health Coach. I received my Certifications from the Health Coach Institute in August of 2021. From the time I was young girl, I always loved helping people. Whether it was running errands, helping care for or just listening with an open ear, it always made me happy to help. Prior to Coaching, I was a New York City Police Officer. During my 15 years as a Police Officer, I was assigned to Patrol, Domestic Violence and Crime Analysis. My career was cut short following a major automobile accident that left me with permanent injuries. I was searching for a career that would still allow me the ability to help people become healthier and happier, which is what led me to Life Coaching. I wanted to bring what I have learned in my training and in my own life experience to my practice. I believe we should work every day at being better versions of our selves. When given the proper tools, support and accountability, we can accomplish anything..
