Our mission is to motivate, inspire and engage young people and communities to reduce violence through positive action.We reach out into communities and teach integral education programs and workshops. Participants learn to identify violence in their community and work to reduce it. Over the past 20+ years I have created various campaigns for the NVP including Knot Violence which transformed the 'Non-Violence' bronze sculpture into fibreglass replica's that have seen 100's of students and high profile celebrities and sports personalities create their own 'Non-Violence' statues, out notably during the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa which saw international footballers design 'Non-Violence' statues that were displayed in Cape Town for the duration of the event.

Incubeight is a content incubator that provides creatives with an environment to create their content. Operating out of Studio Eight in London Incubeight provides production and facilities to producers with show or programme ideas.Each year Incubeight will aim to deliver four productions, so one every 12 weeks which either provides 12 episodes or one strong pilot to allow our commercial team to procure distribution or brand sponsorship deals into the content.We work with individuals or brands that have a solid idea or concept and add the necessary production know how to realise the idea.
