As a senior psychologist, I provide collaborative, high level multi-disciplinary evidence-based best practice Clinical Psychological services to children and their families attending the hospital’s Paediatric Outpatients Department, and occasional inpatient support. Clinical Practice:Deliver high level clinical psychology assessment, diagnosis and treatment within a multidisciplinary pediatric team, with infrequent need for direct clinical supervision. As a psychologist at Nourished not Deprived I work independently to provide evidence based psychology intervention and assessments via telehealth to clients 15 years and older, with a focus on clients presenting with disordered eating and diagnosed eating disorders alongside the Nourished dietitians, as well as adult ADHD assessments.

• Training and delivery of numerous formal and non-formal therapeutic interventions, with emphasis on aSystems, Attachment and Client-Centered approach. As a co-facilitator I help to run groups with a Registered Psychologist designed to build confidence and resilience in children and young teens. It is an extremely rewarding role where I am constantly learning new things and getting a first hand look into Psychology Practice. My roles include note taking, management of course materials, invoicing, working one-on-one and in a group teaching about positive coping strategies and how to deal with important issues like bullying, negative thoughts, friendships, school and confidence.
