Post Closing Coordinator
Current•Responsible for administrative tasks in the Post Closing role for commercial and land loans. This includes preparing commitment and hello letters, modifications, extensions, document imaging, and file maintenance. Also responsible for updating the system of record with tracking and completion status of recorded information. •May be the point of contact for receiving, opening and assembling incoming title packages. •Maintain physical files, ensuring documents are filed, stored on the shared drive and/or destroyed in accordance with company policy/practice •Review all incoming loan documents received for receipt of original and critical documents including but not limited to promissory note, security agreement and guaranties; verify all documents have been signed by all required parties.•Ensure legal documents are recorded at the appropriate level for deeds, UCC, etc. Check in original loan docs, maintain pending queue and missing loan document report.•Responsible for preparing land loan closings by reviewing contracts, lender term approvals, title commitments, tax certifications, draft documents, seller documents, and coordinating with title companies and attorneys for closings.
