Engagement • Cultivate a strong company culture that reflects the mission, values and vision of the company. • Build and foster an inclusive work culture and environment that allows everyone to have an identity within the company. • Serve as an organizational leader, offering guidance and group facilitation as needed for any company related ventures• Identify areas of improvement for Cobec culture and level of employee engagement; and use creative problem solving to create solutions and implement programs that address pressure points. • Developing, implementing and sustaining engagement strategy - I.e. research best practices and bleeding techniques.• Conduct pulse surveys to gather data and metrics to measure employee satisfaction and engagement. • Build out proposed event budget for the year, and plan out entire year of engagement events before January of each year.• Track budget and action items for all events throughout the year. Including all event planning and implementation. Serving as the sole POC for all Cobec events. • Plan, execute and facilitate annual in-person Cobec company-wide gathering.
