In 2017 develop Pre-Construction for Design Build- Direct all activities for all pre-construction activities, responsible for an Student Service Center and Hotel projects.In 2009 develop an Estimating Group and implemented Timberline Estimating Software for Black & Veatch as an Enterprise System to be used as a worldwide tool by all divisional estimators. Also developed and maintain in-country databases for the United States, United Kingdom, India and Asia. . In 2002 develop an Estimating Group and implemented Timberline Estimating Software for MWH Global. Also developed and maintain databases for the United States. In 1997 developed Estimating Group and implemented Timberline Estimating Software for CH2M Hill and (CTE) AECOM in 1992 for the United States.Currently hold visas in India, China and Thailand.
