I specialize in Functional Fitness, which is the core of many fitness trends today. My company has been in business more than 12-years and I been involved in the Fitness and Martial Arts industry for over 25 years. I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with specialties in personal training, group Bootcamps, mixed martial arts conditioning, nutrition and special populations. Other certifications include, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Police Officer Standards in Training (POST).My program utilizes the exercises I've learned from my mixed martial arts and fitness background to help clients effectively achieve fat and weight loss, along with improved strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. My method of training also focuses on helping clients eliminate the spiritual, mental and emotional barriers that inhibit wellness. We work with everyone from special needs populations to people in business, television and radio personalities, blue collar workers, professional athletes, youth and senior citizens. We provide a professional yet family like atmosphere in our facility while addressing individuals needs. I am also a motivational speaker for wellness.Aside from my own community program, (Fitness Syndicate vs. Obesity), I also work with non-profit organizations like the American Heart Association (AHA), Special Needs Network, American Diabetes Association (ADA) and The Center for Lupus Care.Outside of the my business, I love spending time with my beautiful wife and two daughters, who also help run my business.I am the Author of the new book Navigating Through the Valleys of Success - A Perspective in the Thick of itYou don't have to be a fighter to feel like one.
