• Directly managing 25+ Account Managers, Digital Media Specialists and Data Specialists focused on end-to-end content servicing throughout our digital supply chain• Primary escalation contact for our studios, content owners, and partners (including SPE, SIE, Google, Viacom, WB, HBO, NBCU, Paramount, PBS, Scripps, MGM, Starz, Turner)• Interfacing with other internal departments (Onboarding, Operations, Application Support, Development, Business Development/Marketing) in order to better support on time delivery and a low delivery rejection rate

• Directly managing 20+ direct reports across three teams (Media Inventory Services, focusing on the ingest of digital media assets and managing the structure of the inventory; Data Logistics, curating and importing of metadata and avails into our system; Order Management, monitoring quick turn orders for SIE, SPE, Google, and Funimation)• Spearheading the implementation of a company wide intranet as a means to share SOPs and other supply chain information between both our US and UK offices• Maintaining a key role in the development, rollout, implementation, and documentation of new system applications and workflows that are utilized throughout operations
