ITComp is a software consulting company started by three other partners and myself in January 2008. Our focus is mainly on using Oracle technologies to implement Management Execution Systems (MES) for our clients in the aluminium smelter industry (South32 and Isizinda).My duties include:• General Manager of ITComp• Oracle Forms and Reports development, maintenance and upgrades (6i/10g/11g/12c).• Oracle Application Express development (version 4.2 to 5.1).• Oracle Database design (10g/11g/12c).• Oracle Weblogic Server installation and maintenance (10g/11c).• Project management.• System design and architecture.• Documentation (requirements analysis, technical specification, functional analysis, user manuals)

Rextin employed me as a junior software developer. I had a strong mentor who very early on exposed me to highly technical information management systems. I gained a great deal of knowledge from Rextin which eventually led to my decision to start my own software company.My duties included:• Oracle Forms and Reports developer (6i)• Develop extract, transform, load (ETL) application (Used Excel and VB to capture and import HSEC data into SAP)• Develop front-end mimics for plant equipment management system.• PL/SQL development.• C++ functions to PL/SQL stored procedures conversions.

Mondi is a pulp and paper mill where I was employed as a project planner in their engineering department.My duties included:• Procurement of mechanical, civils and electrical tenders.• Project planning and coordination (mainly for mechanical and civils projects).• Progress monitoring and reporting.
