As project lead, I hired and developed teams in a way to let everyone grow personally and in their roles. I also trained new hires and new-to-roles internationally.

Projects included intranet websites, document management systems and data analytics suites (Custom Application/UI). Making them desirable, accessible, and easy-to-use was my top priority. In parallel, I have trained many young professionals and new hires.

In the Microsoft Student Partner Program, 120 passionate tech enthusiasts inspired many thousands of students from all over Germany with lectures, training sessions and hackathons. I shaped the content portfolio, reorganized the organizational structure, and remodeled the rewards program. Within one year I doubled the measurable outcomes of the program.

As a legally independent, non-profit association, students of engineering, economics and information sciences offer a broad spectrum of knowledge. Target customers were mostly small and medium-sized companies as well as non-profit institutions.
