Responsible for all scratch breads made daily and all par bakes and premolded breads following production schedule for efficiency to have product available for store opening at 6am. Ordering of dry ingredients to assure there is ample supply on hand to produce scratch breads. Simplification Champion for the bread area of the bakery.
