Processing and closing various loan types – auto, boat, and personal – for credit union members. Responsible for preparing the credit union to open for business 3 months out of the year. • Strong problem-resolution skills related to member accounts, loans, and VISA cards• Strong proficiency in essential credit union systems and job-related programs: Ascensus, CORE, Credit Console, TransFund, DNA Web, ePort, Velocity, Legacy, and Microsoft Office Suite• Primary point of contact for all Spanish-speaking credit union members• Earned perfect attendance award for 10 years in a row (awarded bi-annually)
